That's unfortunate. If DHL Express experienced problems delivering your package, or the package wasn't collected in time from a DHL Service Point, the package will indeed be returned to the sender after a period of time.
The pharmacy can resend your package once they receive it back, but additional shipping costs will apply:
- Non-prescription products: £4.21 reshipping costs
- Prescription products: £12.35 reshipping costs
Pharmacies are legally prohibited from accepting returns of prescription medications once they've been shipped. This is to guarantee you receive a high-quality product. They are obligated to destroy the product if you no longer wish to receive it. Therefore, your payment for an order containing prescription products cannot be refunded. Reshipping is the only option.
This does not apply to non-prescription products. If you change your mind and no longer wish to receive your product, the pharmacy can accept the return. You can then receive a refund, however, the shipping costs of £4.21 will be deducted, as the product was already shipped.
