An order can be cancelled for various reasons. If your order is cancelled/refused by the doctor or pharmacy, this is due to medical reasons. This only applies to orders for prescription products.
If your order is cancelled by Customer Service, this may be due to, for example, the availability of the ordered product at the pharmacy, or discrepancies in your order details (e.g. address, country, etc.).
Regardless of the reason for cancellation, you will always receive an email. If you have not yet received the email, please also check your spam folder.
In the event of cancellation for one of the reasons mentioned above, you will of course receive a full refund.
