If you haven’t received an e-mail with a tracking code within three days after we received your payment, your package has probably not been shipped yet. Please contact customer service, so that they can check the status of your order and have it shipped as soon as possible.
If you have received an e-mail with a tracking code, then your shipment might be delayed. If your product doesn’t arrive within five working days after being shipped, please contact customer service. Our customer service representatives will do everything they can to resolve the issue.
