Can I use a DHL Service Point address for delivery?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. DHL Express requires a private address for shipping. It can also be an alternative private address, e.g. neighbors, work, family or friends.

Upon receipt of the tracking link, you then have the option to arrange an alternative delivery with DHL Express directly. You can do this:

Online via the following link: https://delivery.dhl.com/prg/welcome.xhtml. Please enter your shipment number.
