Your progress on the medical questionnaire is saved for 24 days, giving you plenty of time to complete it. Once you have completed and submitted it, we will store the questionnaire for 30 days. This is required by law. During this time, you can reach a decision with the doctor. If this isn't possible within this timeframe, you can usually still order the recommended products via the online shop.
