Our aftercare communication service allows you to ask the doctor who issued the prescription a medical question after you have received your product. You may have questions about how to use the product, want to know if you can get a prescription refill or if the product can be used in combination with another product.
The doctor can answer your medical questions. Our Customer Service does not have the medical knowledge to handle these types of questions, only the doctor can give you an answer. If you have a non-medical question (e.g., regarding delivery, shipment, placing an order, etc.), please contact Customer Service and not the doctor.
You can expect a response from the doctor within 48 hours. If you have not received an answer after this period, please reach out to our Customer Service.
