How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy:

1. Search for the product you want to order on our website: https://seemenopause.com/en-gb
2. Click on the fields to select the form, dosage, and quantity, and press the blue 'Add' button to add the product to your shopping cart.
3. Create a customer account and follow the further steps.
4. Finally, make the payment to submit your order.

For non-prescription products (OTC), your order will be sent directly to the pharmacy after payment. The pharmacy will then ship the product to you. You will receive the product within 3 to 5 working days at the delivery address you specified. You do not need a prescription from your own doctor for this service.

For prescription based products, your request will first, after payment, be sent to one of our partner doctors for assessment. If the doctor approves, a digital prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy so they can prepare your product for shipping. If the doctor does not approve your request, you will of course receive a refund.
