How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy:

1. Search for the product you want to order on our website: https://seemenopause.com/en-gb
2. Click on the fields to select the form, dosage, and quantity, and press the blue 'Add' button to add the product to your shopping cart.
3. Create a customer account or login and follow the further steps.
4. Finally, make the payment to submit your order.

For non-prescription products (OTC), your order will be sent directly to the pharmacy after payment. The pharmacy will then ship the product to you. You will receive the product within 3 to 5 working days at the delivery address you specified. You do not need a prescription from your own doctor for this service.

For prescription-based products, your request will first, after payment, be sent to one of our partner doctors for assessment. If the doctor approves, a digital prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy so they can prepare your product for shipping. If the doctor does not approve your request, you will of course receive a refund.
