If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to the pharmacy (the sender). You have received an e-mail with tracking information which you can use to follow the status of your order. You should always keep an eye on the delivery time so that you can take prompt action if issues arise. This way, you can prevent your order from being returned. You are responsible for the package once it has left the pharmacy.
If for any reason, a package is returned to the pharmacy and you would like the package to be reshipped, an additional reship fee will be required.
If we do not receive your payment or any contact from you, the pharmacist will assume you do not want your package to be reshipped. In this case, the package will be destroyed after 21 days of it being returned and no refund will be issued.
