An order can be cancelled for a variety of reasons. For example, the doctor may find that the chosen treatment is not the right option for you, or the pharmacy may not be able to deliver because the product you ordered is out of stock. If, for whatever reason, your order has been cancelled you will receive a cancellation e-mail.

If your order is cancelled by the doctor or pharmacist, you will receive a full refund.
We don't refund orders that already have been prepared for shipment and are cancelled on your request.
