Whether or not you can cancel your order depends on the order status.
If your order has not yet been approved by a doctor, you can cancel it in your SeeMe-nopause account. You can also contact customer service and have them cancel the order for you. A full refund will be provided.
If your order has been forwarded to the pharmacy, we will contact the pharmacy to request a cancellation but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
If your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
Over-the-counter products can be returned to the pharmacy within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the product, you will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) in the original form of payment. Prescription medicines cannot be returned.
